Packers Hall of Fame & Stadium Tours - Gift Card Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all gift cards, electronic gift cards (e-gift cards), and gift certificates that we issue (collectively, "Gift Cards").
Issuance. All Gift Cards are purchased in and issued from the State of Wisconsin, regardless of where you or the recipient is located.
Risk of loss and title. Risk of loss and title for a Gift Card pass to you upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the recipient or, for a physical Gift Card, upon our delivery of the Gift Card to the carrier, whichever applies.
Redemption and value. Gift Cards may be redeemed only for merchandise, goods, or services from us. Gift Cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash except where required by law, are not refundable, and may not be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value.
Expiration. The funds on a Gift Card do not expire for five (5) years from the date the Gift Card is activated or, if value is added later, five (5) years from the date value was last loaded. Any card-level expiration date will be no earlier than the expiration date of the underlying funds, and the terms of expiration are disclosed clearly and conspicuously on the Gift Card. If a Gift Card expires with an available balance, you may contact us using the toll-free number or website shown on the Gift Card to request a replacement.
No fees. We do not charge any dormancy, inactivity, service, maintenance, activation, or replacement fees on Gift Cards.
Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. Treat a Gift Card like cash. We are not responsible for, and will not replace or refund, a Gift Card that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission, except as required by law.
No changes after purchase. The fees and terms of expiration disclosed to the purchaser before purchase will not change after the Gift Card is purchased.
Governing law. These Gift Card terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
