How do I purchase tour tickets?
Tickets for Field Viewing, Classic, Champions and Legendary Stadium Tours can be purchase in person or online 30 days prior to a given date or in person.

Is Hall of Fame admission included with the tour ticket?
Except for home game weekends, Hall of Fame admission is NOT automatically included with Stadium Tour tickets. However, combination or ultimate packages can be purchased, which include both the Hall of Fame and Stadium Tour.

Are Stadium Tours offered throughout the year and on gamedays?
Stadium Tours are offered daily throughout the year. Stadium Tours are not available on home game days or during various Lambeau Field events.

Are all forms of payment accepted at Lambeau Field?
Lambeau Field and its business units are cashless. The Hall of Fame & Stadium Tours accepts credit/debit cards. Cash-to-card conversion stations are available in the Lambeau Field Atrium. For more information, please reference the Lambeau Field cashless web page.

Can Stadium Tour tickets be purchased over the phone?
No, Stadium Tour tickets can only be purchased online or in person.

Can I redeem a gift voucher online?
At this time, gift vouchers cannot be redeemed online. Please call the Hall of Fame at 920-569-7512, press option #1, for help with your redemption.

Do I need to reserve a spot on a tour for my child 5 and under?
Yes, when purchasing online and in person you need to reserved a spot for your child 5 and under. We have a strict capacity on all tours and every person on the tour needs to be accounted for.

What if I picked the wrong date/time for my tour?
If you picked the wrong date/time for your tour when purchasing online, please call the Hall of Fame front desk (920-569-7512), during regular business hours to reschedule your tickets to another available tour time.

What if I am running late for my tour?
Stadium Tours leave promptly at their scheduled tour time. Please arrive early for your tour. In the event you are running late, please call the Hall of Fame front desk at 920-569-7512 and press option #1.

Will I go on the field during my tour?
Classic, Champions and Legendary Stadium Tours all include field level access. Guests are not allowed on the field, but will walk alongside the field.
Access to field level is NOT included on the Field Viewing Tours.
However, tour routes, including access to the team tunnel and field, are subject to change based on Lambeau Field operations, events and weather. -
Do tours go through the Packers locker room?
No. The Packers have an active locker room, used by players throughout the year. Due to this, Stadium Tours cannot access this space.
However, the visiting team locker room is included in the Legendary Stadium Tour. -
Is there anyway to see the field without taking a tour?
No, Stadium Tours and Field Viewings are the only way to access the interior of the stadium unless you are here for a game or an event.

Are masks required on Stadium Tours?
Unvaccinated guests are encouraged, but not required, to wear masks during their visit.

Are stadium tours accessible?
Yes, Stadium Tours are completely accessible. Wheelchairs are available at the guest services desk in the Atrium. Hearing-impaired guests must contact us 48 hours prior to arrival so we can make accomodations for an interpreter.

Are pets allowed in the Hall of Fame and on Stadium Tours?
Service animals are allowed in the Hall of Fame, on Stadium Tours and on Trolley Tours.

How many tickets can be purchased in one transaction?
Fifteen tickets can be purchased per transaction. Groups greater than 15 people should contact group sales.

If I have a large group, can I reserve a private tour?
Groups of 20 or more may book a private tour. Please contact us at least two weeks prior to the event date. Please call 920-569-7145 or email [email protected]
