Today's draft bears little resemblance to the first gathering held in 1936 to select college players. The 90-year-ld event and the league itself have grown and changed immeasurably since then. As Green Bay prepares to host this year's selection celebration, Hall of Fame curator Brent Hensel takes a look back at how the draft developed and discusses his inspiration for the museum's current special exhibit.

The event will also be live streamed only for Hall of Fame members who cannot attend in person.

Event tickets include Hall of Fame admission. Event guests are welcome to enter the museum at any time on the 18th, and the Hall of Fame will remain open until 7:30 p.m.
