Consider carrying a map and/or directions. There are no signs or markings to direct you along the Packers Heritage Trail or its spurs.

There are no public restrooms along the Packers Heritage Trail (City Walk) or the Packing Plant Spur. There are public restrooms on the Lambeau-Lombardi Spur along the Fox River State Trail.

All the plaques on the City Walk, Packing Plant Spur and Lambeau-Lombardi Spur are close to city streets and there’s plenty of parking near each site.

When biking the Lambeau-Lombardi Spur, use caution when heading to sites off the Fox River State Trail.  There is heavy cross-traffic at Riverside Drive and while biking the streets of De Pere to St. Norbert College.

Bikers need to purchase a daily or annual pass to ride on the Fox River State Trail. Daily passes are available at self-service locations on the trail. Annual passes are available at a number of area businesses.

There’s no fee to walk the Packers Heritage Trail. There’s also no fee to bike or walk on the Packing Plant Spur or, in other words, on the trails that are part of the East River Greenway and Baird Creek Parkway.
